Chef Lindsay Kennedy is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School Of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA class of 2006. Since then she has worked in catering, on cruise ships,  and fine dining restaurants around the U.S. including working as  the Sous Chef at Cheval Blanc in Pasadena, Saucier at Red O in West Hollywood, and the Executive Sous Chef at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach. She received her bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management From the Collins College at Cal Poly Pomona in 2017.
